We offer free (flexible) delivery and collection to most parts of the Sunshine Coast from coast to hinterland.
Deliveries to these locations outside of our regular service area will incur extra charges: Bribie Island & Surrounds, Kenilworth & Surrounds, Tewantin to Boreen Point, Gympie & Surrounds.
We don’t deliver to: Noosa North Shore.
All hire items are delivered to and collected from your delivery address. No warehouse pickups are available.
When you get to the checkout page, you will be able to tell us your event start time and choose from the available delivery and collection options.
Event Start Time
Please give us the actual start time of your event so we can make sure you receive an appropriate delivery timeslot. This is not a delivery time.
Delivery
- Flexible Delivery (Free Delivery) – Delivery wherever you fit in our route. This could be on the day or the day before.
- Need Same Day Delivery ($22) – Delivery wherever you fit in our route and allows enough setup time.
- Need Specific Delivery Window ($55) – Choose delivery date and 1 hour delivery window.
Collection
- Flexible Collection (Free Collection) – Collection wherever you fit in our route. This could be the day after your event or a couple of days later.
- Need Specific Collection Window ($55) – Choose collection date and 1 hour collection window.
Notifications
- We will send you an email and an sms message with a 1 hour delivery and/or collection window. This notification is sent out the day before delivery or collection day.
